2/1/2024 – CCA meeting: Residential infill options

Centennial Community Association (CCA) invites all community members to a general meeting on Thursday, February 1st from 6 to 7:30 pm at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 14500 SE Powell Blvd. (south side of Powell).

Have you ever wondered how you could welcome more people to your property and earn extra income? If so, you will be very interested in the evening’s presentation!

Check out the presentation HERE.

Dan Bramske, principal architect with Bramske Studio Architecture, will give a slideshow and answer questions about infill options like accessory dwelling units (ADUs), tiny homes on wheels (THOWs), garage and basement conversions, and detached bedrooms.

There will also be time to get to know your neighbors, talk about other neighborhood goings-on, and discuss subjects that might be on your mind. Beverages will be provided.

Please park in the west parking lot of St. Timothy’s off 144th, and enter either at the main sanctuary entrance or the office entrance on the west side. Proceed downstairs to the meeting place in the basement. If stairs are difficult, there is an elevator available.
